Complaints

If you have a complaint about the practice, you may contact the Practice Manager by telephone or in writing. When submitting a complaint, please ensure you include your full name, date of birth, and current address so we can locate your medical record.

If you are raising a complaint on behalf of someone else, we require written, explicit consent from the patient confirming that they authorise you to act on their behalf. Complaints cannot be investigated without this.

We will respond to your concerns as soon as possible.
