Customer service formWe make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

If you have any constructive suggestions to improve our service, we would be most pleased to receive them. We are always looking for new ideas. 

If you feel that there has been a major problem with any of our services, please do say so - ideally to the person involved at the time, or failing that to Emma Smith or Rachael Kilburn.

You can do this either in person, by telephone or in writing.

We do try to seek an amicable solution to all such problems in the spirit of compromise, trying to put right what has gone wrong.
