Car park additions
We now have ANPR cameras monitoring the car park. Please remember to input your car registration into the screen when attending the surgery or Dewsbury Pharmacy
Telephone system changes
The telephone system has recently been changed, whereby, you will be informed of what position you are in the queue, for your call to be answered. We also have a recording facility and calls may be recorded to allow us to monitor calls for training and quality purposes.
Evening and weekend appointments now available
Patients can now be seen for routine appointments on weekday evenings and at weekends. Pre-bookable, on-the-day, and telephone appointments are available between 6:30pm and 9:30pm each weekday and Saturdays from 9am and 4pm.
